For those climbers that cannot attend the clinic in person we offer appointments via video link. Climbing has it’s own special subset of injuries. From pulley ruptures and stress fractures in your fingers to cartilage damage in your shoulders snapped ligaments in your knees and beyond, climbing injuries can be very specific to climbers and as such are more difficult for non-specializing practitioners to diagnose. We can discuss what scans are needed, if any, and how to best manage your injury in the weeks ahead. For most injuries it is possible to adjust training and climbing to accommodate without the need for complete rest.
